We sought to use the same quality of technology in the landscape as in the building: water and air systems are integrated, indoor program is extended into outdoor usable space, and the unique architectural characteristic of the fluid building facade informs the detailing of the landscape through the use of a modular unit. The landscape rooms are sculpted to provide spaces for gathering and privacy, a comfortable microclimate, and pleasing framed views. Portions of the water management system are exposed to create a variety of site amenities.
